This section describes how to troubleshoot command
line automation.
- Check that /g and /q are at the VERY END of the command line. They affect all parameters
specified to their left
- Verify that you have used EXACTLY the right format for the parameters - see the reference section
- Try removing the /g and /q and -
- Check that the correct filter file (.fll) is opened or that the correct list of filters
appears
- Check that the correct files are displayed in the file list. Note that any incorrect,
unrecognized or otherwise invalid command line parameters will be listed as filenames
- If no files are being processed - check that the Process Binary Files option is set
correctly - the files may be being detected as binary files
- Check that the correct operation is performed when you click the Go button.
